Return and Refund Policy

Returns

1. General Return Conditions
We stand by the quality of our products. If the product has quality problems, you may return your purchase under the following conditions:

Opened/Used Items:
* Non-quality issues: Not eligible for return.
* Quality issues: Contact support@purehom.com for troubleshooting. We may:
✓ Provide replacement parts
✓ Offer 20–60% partial refund for significant defects
✓ We do not accept returns without reason.

2. How to Initiate a Return
* If the product has quality problems. You may return an item within 30 days of receipt of the product by initiating a return by contacting our customer service at support@purehom.com to request a return address.
Please carefully review the following requirements before proceeding with your return:
✓Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
✓All included accessories and documentation must be present
✓Product must show no signs of use or damage
* After you arrange and pay for return shipping, please provide us with: Tracking number, Carrier name and Shipment date.

Refunds

1. For Returning an Item
* Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after we:
✓ Receive the returned item
✓ Verify it meets all return conditions
✓ Confirm no quality issues exist

* Important Notes:
✓ We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment
✓ Original shipping fees are non-refundable
✓ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

2. For Quality Issues:
If you believe your return is due to a product defect, please contact support@purehom.com before returning the item to determine eligibility for return shipping coverage.
You will receive a refund to the original form of payment once your return has been received at our returns processing facility. Refunds can take up to 5-7 days once returned items have been received. This time is determined by the payment provider or card issuer.

3. Return Exceptions
* Merchandise that has been excessively worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Merchandise showing malicious physical damage is not covered under this policy.
* Unless otherwise stated, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You shall bear all expenses related to shipping charges on machines and/or parts.
* Additionally, we will provide refund payments through PayPal for purchases made via PayPal. In the event that the PayPal account used to place the order has been closed or is unable to receive funds, we will issue a bank check and receipt of the refund may be delayed. Please contact our customer service representatives to obtain further PayPal refund assistance.

Return & Refund Policy Supplement

Note: Only Applicable During Provisional Shipping Policy Period

During the implementation of the Provisional Shipping Policy, refund requests for accessory orders shipped to the United States will only cover the full amount paid for the purchased products. Any additional import duties or surcharge fees included in the order will not be refunded.
